Since 1987, the serial entrepreneur has been working together with Ulf Letschert to help young enterprises achieve success. They are successful property developers, rent out steel plates and emergency bridges for temporary roads and even had their own airline. Josef Möllmann has also been with TEAL from the outset. He combines his fascination for visions with commercial expertise.
Dr Klaus Holthausen is the inventor of the search technology that facilitates the decentralized marketplace on the blockchain. The CEO of TEAL is the AI expert in the team. He has been conducting research into his technology since 1997 and had it patented back in 2007. His search technology is put to a variety of uses. In his consultancy company, Data Science Consulting GmbH, his search technology is successfully employed in the fields of big data and digital market research. Dr Holthausen is part of the Roland Berger Expert Network. Furthermore he founded the Analytics Service (PAS) together with Prof. Dr. Alexander Güttler.
Michael Pruban is the CMO and a founder of TEAL. In this position, he steers business development and the marketing of the company. Pruban has been involved in online marketing since 2009. The digital native and blockchain enthusiast has been investing specifically in blockchain projects together with business partner Arne Schmidt since 2016. Using the Ethereum blockchain as the basis, they were responsible for developing the idea to create the decentralized marketplace of TEAL.
As CTO of TEAL, Arne Schmidt is responsible for the interlinking of search technology and blockchain infrastructure. The blockchain expert has himself been investing in cryptocurrencies for years and maintains a lively exchange with the German expert community. Arne Schmidt has a Master’s degree in economics and jointly developed the idea for the TEAL smart blockchain ecosystem with CMO Michael Pruban, with whom he also runs the online marketing agency Pruban & Schmidt.
As CFO, Ulf Letschert is part of the TEAL Executive Board and a businessman by trade. In conjunction with Josef Möllmann, he was responsible for bringing Dr Klaus Holthausen and the blockchain experts together. Like Josef Möllmann, Ulf Letschert is a successful serial entrepreneur. The two experienced operators are providing the financial support for the founding phase. Their joint success over the last 30 years, including activities such as property development, rental of steel plates and emergency bridges for temporary roads and operation of an independent airline, demonstrate their intuition for visionary projects.
Daniel Reed is a blockchain developer and adviser with TEAL. The qualified business IT specialist is fascinated by innovative technology projects and has been following the developments of blockchain for a number of years. Another aspect that distinguishes Daniel Reed is his ability to explain the complex links of blockchain and neural networks in a manner that everyone can understand.
Ralf Hermann Lensing is involved with TEAL as a leading advocate. He also spent some 20 years advising clients in his own law firm on legal issues in the IT environment. As Managing Director of Data Science Consulting GmbH, he is successfully involved with Dr Klaus Holthausen in deploying the AI technology that is also used at TEAL.
Michael Boertz is the programming expert in the team. He has already been working together with Michael Pruban and Arne Schmidt for more than two years. Now, as a project developer, he is responsible for web development at TEAL. Boertz obtained his Master of Science in Business Administration at the university in Hamburg.
